How do I place an order?
It's easy - just follow these simple steps:
1. Select the DVD package you want and submit your Order online. You will receive the order confirmation via email. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please use one of our order forms.
2. Take your videotapes to any Post office, FedEx or UPS Store. They will have all the shipping materials you need right there, and will even pack the videotapes for you.

We guarantee that the turnaround time will not exceed 10 business days. As soon as your order is processed, we will send you the new DVDs and your original videotapes via Insured Mail, and you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
Do you accept check payments?
Yes, you can pay for your order by check or money order. Please use one of our order forms to place your order and enclose it when sending your videotapes to us. Payable to LML Video Services.
What is the best way to send my videotapes to LML Video Services?
When sending us your videotapes we recommend that you use carriers with tracking capabilities, such as FedEx or UPS. These carriers offer pickup service as well. If you are going to use the United States Postal Service, please order Delivery Confirmation. Fortunately, those carriers are extremely reliable and we have never had a lost-in-the-mail order issue before.
How soon will I get my videotapes and DVD's returned to me?
We guarantee that the order processing time will not exceed 10 business days per tape submitted. A rush service (48-hour order processing) is available for an additional fee of $10.00 for each submitted videotape.
We only use Insured Mail for return shipping. If you would like us to ship your order via FedEx Express or Overnight, please authorize us to charge the shipping cost difference or provide us with your FedEx account number.
How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
Our shipping and handling charges are solely based on total
purchase price.

We offer an unconditional 30 day money-back guarantee. Please return the undamaged DVDs with the original DVD case, and we will immediately refund your full order amount (less shipping and handling).
Can I drop off and pick-up my videotapes?
Yes, you can surely drop off and pick up your videotapes at our studio.

There are some other companies offering video to DVD transfer. How do I know you are right for me?
For all of our video to DVD conversions, we use state-of-the-art digital technology. You will not find a provider who can offer interactive on-screen TV menus like we do. Don't fall for DVD's without menus offered by other providers - only with LML Video Services DVD will you be able to preview the content of your DVD and select a favorite scene in seconds. What types of products do you accept for the conversions?
We accept: VHS, VHS-C, 8mm, Hi8, Digital8 and MiniDV. Additionally, we accept different video files (QuickTime, MPEG, AVI, Windows Media), DVDs of all types, Video CDs. We also accept digital pictures and 35mm slides and negatives.
Can you transfer videos to MiniDV tapes?
Yes, we can transfer videos into NTSC MiniDV tapes. A NTSC (US) MiniDV tape is only $24.95. Please call to place your order.
I'd like to edit the DVD video on my PC or MAC. Is this possible?
Our DVDs contain VOB files, which are MPEG-2 files compiled into DVD-Video format. You will be able to extract MPEG-2 files from your DVD using simple software, such as DVD-TO-MPEG for PC available at www.dvd-to-dvdr.com or DVD Extractor for Mac available at www.riphelp.com and edit your video files with any video editing software. Alternatively, we are able to create various video files directly from your videotapes or DVDs and save the files to DVD+Rs. Please let us know if you would like us to perform this service for you.
What is the difference between the Basic, Standard and Premium DVD?
Both the Standard and Premium DVDs contain up to 48 chapters of equal duration and a very convenient on-screen menu for easy scene selection. With Premium DVDs, we even print the chapter thumbnails on the DVD case cover so that you can preview the content of your movie prior to inserting the disc into the DVD player. The Basic DVD is made without navigational menus, but with chapter marks placed at 5 minute intervals. All of our DVDs are made to the same high quality standard of video and sound.
I have many videotapes; however I don't know the length of video on each tape. I want everything put onto DVDs. What should I do?
We can determine the total amount of DVDs required to transfer the full content of your videotapes. Please use our order form to place your order, and in the Special Instructions field authorize us to create as many DVDs as necessary. We will inform you immediately upon receipt of your videotapes and contact you if any questions arise.
There is more than 1.5 hours of video on my tape. Will you transfer only the first 1.5 hours to DVD?
To ensure the best quality it is recommended that only up to 1.5 hours of video be recorded per DVD. With tapes that are over 1.5 hours in length, we will create an additional DVD to capture the remaining video. Please use our order form to place your order, and in Optional Instructions field authorize us to create as many DVDs as necessary. We will inform you immediately upon receipt of your videotapes and contact you in case any questions arise.
Each of my videotapes contain less than one hour of video. Can you combine 2 or more videotapes into one DVD?
We can combine 2 short videotapes (max 1.5 hours of total video) into one Premium DVD at no extra charge. If you would like us to combine more than 2 tapes into one DVD disc, we will have to charge $10.00 for each additional videotape. Please use our order form to place your order, and write your order details in the Optional Information field.
Can you transfer only a part of my tape to DVD?
We can transfer or edit out any part of your tape if you clearly indicate in seconds the beginning and end of the part you want to be transferred or removed.
Will somebody watch my videos while converting them to DVD?
No. Our customers' privacy is our number one priority. We never watch or keep copies of our customers' videos. The conversion process is entirely automated and our technician will review your video in case of technical problems only.
Can you transfer to DVD copyright protected movies I own?
No. Please do not send us any copyright protected videos unless you can provide written permission from the copyright owner to make the transfer. We suggest that you contact the copyright owner for permission to transfer the video materials to DVD for your personal use only. Usually, a written release is provided.
